Narayanganj City Corporation Mayor. A rally has been held against Selina Hayat Ivy and her family to demand protection of the 'Zeus Pond', a deity's property worth hundreds of crores of rupees. The protesters took a solemn oath to recover the temple property from the clutches of the mayor and his family, even at the cost of their lives.
Speaking against the occupation of the temple property, Mayor Ivy has already filed a case against Narayanganj Metropolitan General Secretary Advocate Khokon Saha under the ICT Act. The leader is willing to sacrifice his life if necessary to recover the temple property.
The speakers were speaking at a rally organized under the banner of the district Hindu community in Deobhog area of the city on Saturday afternoon demanding protection of the property of Zeus Pukur Debottar from the family of Mayor Ivy.
At that time, Narayanganj Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Parishad, Puja Udjapan Parishad, district Muslim community leaders, political leaders, leaders of various business organizations and various professional people and workers expressed solidarity and solidarity with thousands of Hindus by encircling Zeus Pond.
