A court in Sirajganj's Ullapara has ordered to send two people, including a college teacher, to jail for trying to seize disputed land in defiance of a court order.

Earlier on Sunday (January 18) evening, clashes broke out between the two sides when they came to seize the disputed property in Srikola mahalla. Police arrested the two at that time.


Ullapara Model Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Mohidul Islam said college teacher Mahbubul Alam Bachchu tried to seize the property of Shri Tushar Kanti Saha of Jhikira Mahalla of the municipality by disobeying the court order.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Ullapara Model Police Station Deepak Kumar Das said section 144 of the court was pending on the disputed area of ​​Srikola mahalla in the municipal town. Mahbubul Alam Bachchu and Tushar Kanti Saha were arrested for violating the court order. They were sent to jail through the court this afternoon.
